- Experience in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) advantageous
- Proficiency in English necessary
- Knowledge of German or willingness to learn German required
Aufgaben
- Aid in advancing and establishing procedures in Early Phase Expansion
- Support the setup of new laboratories, including User Requirements Specifications (URS)
- Collect, summarize, and analyze data for reports and presentations
- Provide training and support to new team members
- Address scientific challenges in R&D and contribute to scientific methodologies
- Demonstrate scientific and technical leadership at the project level
- Participate in customer meetings and build strong customer relationships
- Evaluate and implement trends and innovations in your area of expertise
- Supervise lab professionals to ensure flawless task execution
