- Strong problem-solving mindset

- Beneficial German skills
Aufgaben
- Lead and coordinate SAP QM topics for the Visp site
- Manage SAP QM projects
- Oversee user roles and training concepts
- Support PQ and incident resolution
- Ensure robust QA processes for daily SAP operations
- Manage quality topics for SAP ERP and other SAP systems
- Drive change management for new systems and business processes
- Maintain SOP ownership for new systems and processes
- Manage and provide QA guidance for projects
- Support optimization of Q-related SAP activities for materials and products
- Define process gaps
- Implement processes for SAP projects
- Own and coordinate QA principles and activities in a matrix organization
