Anforderungen

Aufgaben
- Support business stakeholders in adopting AI solutions
- Gather user feedback and contribute to continuous improvements
- Assist in shaping the data and retrieval layer
- Help set up data loaders, embeddings, caching, and grounding approaches
- Support the development of scalable solution architectures
- Learn to design systems for efficient implementation at scale
- Contribute to preparing, testing, and releasing AI features
- Deploy updates and monitor performance
- Understand key indicators like responsiveness, reliability, and cost
- Conduct evaluations and safety checks
- Perform offline and online testing
- Participate in red teaming activities
- Implement guardrails for safety, privacy, and compliance
- Create simple demos and practical enablement materials
- Develop lightweight UIs, notebooks, READMEs, playbooks, templates, and modular components
- Prepare and deliver ideation workshops
- Contribute to prototypes and communicate insights
- Collaborate with Data Engineers, Platform Engineers, and Product Managers
- Work with and learn from senior AI Scientists and Machine Learning Engineers
