- Degree in Biomed/biochem Engineering or similar
- Internship or experience with a pharma company
- Community involvement or leadership experience
- Teaching experience as a tutor or assistant
- Programming experience or knowledge of Relational Database concepts
- CRM System Knowledge (Salesforce preferred)
- Fluency in another European language (French, Italian)
Aufgaben
- Collaborate with project teams and senior consultants
- Learn technical consulting and software solution design
- Participate in business process discovery workshops
- Gather customer requirements and support fit/gap analysis
- Configure Veeva products to meet customer needs
- Assist in building and testing solutions
- Train customers and support final deployment
- Create documentation for system requirements and design
- Explain solutions to diverse audiences
- Provide subject matter expertise on Veeva applications
- Guide customer project teams in best practices
