- Contribute to strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Manage plant costs and support efficient operations
- Mentor and develop frontline leaders and supervisors
- Support employee engagement and foster a high-performance culture
- Serve as Acting Plant Manager during absences
- Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and food safety standards
- Align plant and business priorities with corporate teams
- Assume increasing leadership through role rotations and IDP
