- Translate AI strategic vision into prioritized roadmap
- Bridge engineering capabilities with business value
- Lead cross-functional teams for AI product delivery
- Define and manage AI product portfolio
- Prioritize use cases using Value Engineering
- Align stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Business
- Deliver AI programs using Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies
- Ensure AI products meet data privacy and security standards
- Manage risk profile of AI deployments in private banking
- Oversee full product lifecycle from discovery to production
- Monitor KPIs, OKRs, and user satisfaction metrics
- Drive AI tool adoption across the bank
- Train non-technical stakeholders on AI tools
- Translate technical AI metrics into business outcomes
- Collaborate with external technology partners
- Evaluate and integrate third-party AI platforms and LLM providers
