- Understanding of Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry (advantageous)

Aufgaben
- Provide financial insights and guidance to production departments and support functions
- Build, analyze, and communicate key operational and financial KPIs
- Prepare payback calculations for appropriation requests
- Track forecasted productivity to ensure plant cost reduction
- Participate in monthly financial closing, including accruals and production orders settlement
- Conduct insightful variance analysis and reporting
- Maintain high data quality and transparency through weekly housekeeping
- Manage the scrap process and analyze material and labor variances
- Initiate actions to reduce losses
- Contribute to budgeting and forecasting, ensuring realistic and data-driven assumptions
- Collaborate with manufacturing management to enhance cost awareness and financial discipline
- Execute product costing calculations and report deviations
- Build financial understanding among non-finance teams
- Support better decision-making at all levels
- Ensure adherence to global and local financial policies and procedures
