In this role, you will oversee the management of license administration for internal tools, providing support and troubleshooting for users while ensuring compliance and accurate tracking of licenses across the organization.

Anforderungen

• •IT Degree, IT Architecture Degree, or equivalent qualification
• •Experience in coordination with multiple departments
• •Strong understanding of redHat/Linux/Windows server architecture
• •Proficiency in monitoring licence usage across users, servers, and architectures
• •Ability to design and improve ergonomic licence-tracking maps/dashboards

• •Manage licence administration for internal tools
• •Activate, renew, and allocate licences across the organization
• •Provide end-user support for licence-related inquiries
• •Troubleshoot access issues and ensure correct tool usage
• •Coordinate cross-department workflows for tool ownership
• •Align cost centers, licence usage, and user access requirements
• •Maintain accurate licence tracking dashboards
• •Ensure up-to-date visibility of available, assigned, and expiring licences
• •Monitor compliance and audit readiness for tools and systems
• •Ensure adherence to internal policies and vendor licensing rules
