Anforderungen
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or relevant disciplines
- Strong experience with data models and business logic of enterprise applications on relational data, ideally S/4HANA
- Proven hands-on experience developing predictive use cases on tabular data
- Proficiency with deep learning and Transformer architectures applied to structured enterprise data
- Strong software engineering skills in Python
- Proven track record of building and scaling experiments with PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively in cross-cultural teams

- Lead the evolution of SAP-RPT models for structured business data
- Tailor foundation models to real-world SAP applications
- Bridge the gap between model architecture research and data experts
- Implement techniques for navigating relational schemas and enterprise logic
- Embed business knowledge into models through rigorous experimentation
- Stay at the forefront of Foundation Model advancements
- Drive the strategic evolution of the SAP-RPT family
- Contribute to the development of leading European foundation models
- Ensure models meet the specific needs of global enterprise applications
- Work hands-on to enhance model performance and business fluency
- Pioneer new research in structured data models
- Support the launch and continued evolution of SAP-RPT-1
