Anforderungen
- 5+ years IT experience, ideally in Application Management, Production Support, or Financial Services
- Experience managing applications on Linux and Windows Server
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of application lifecycle management and IT service processes
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools (Git, Azure DevOps, GitLab, Jenkins, CI/CD, automation, monitoring)
- Familiarity with trading, capital markets, securities, or banking applications (plus)
- Interest or experience in Databricks, SQL, data engineering, cloud platforms, AI, ML, or Generative AI
- Team-oriented and willing to meet team weekly at Erste Campus
- Willingness to work during trading hours and perform weekend maintenance
- Excellent English skills; German is an advantage
