- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in English and Arabic; other languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel to distributor and customer sites as required
Aufgaben
- Provide technical and clinical support for X-ray imaging applications
- Conduct on-site and remote system demonstrations and training sessions
- Guide radiology staff and distributor teams on workflow
- Assist distributors with application-related queries and troubleshooting
- Analyze customer workflows and recommend optimal system configurations
- Collaborate with sales, service, and R&D teams for product feedback
- Prepare and deliver product presentations and training materials
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging imaging technologies
- Participate in product launches and continuing education initiatives
- Self-train on software changes
