- Experience in fire protection or engagement in the fire department (ideally)
- Crane and/or forklift license or willingness to acquire
- High teamwork skills to collaborate effectively and safely with others to achieve common goals

- Safety awareness to recognize potential hazards early and take targeted measures to prevent accidents and injuries
- Good communication skills to convey information clearly and precisely

- Steer and monitor the facility in the control room and outdoor areas
- Analyze process flows and assist in creating and optimizing facility processes
- Identify and resolve disturbances
- Actively participate in planned facility shutdowns and preventive maintenance
