Conduct company valuations using DCF, trading multiples, and precedent transactions
Build and maintain detailed financial models
Perform sector research and benchmarking
Generate insights for strategic recommendations
Assist in executing live transactions
Contribute to internal approval processes
Prepare materials for risk committees and transaction reviews
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Manage client relationships through follow-up and targeting
Prepare tailored insights for clients
Maintain client pipelines and internal databases
Support internal committees with business and sector strategy materials
Monitor industry news, earnings, and macroeconomic developments
Prepare concise digests for bankers
