Anforderungen
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Material Sciences, Quality & Supply Chain, or comparable field
- Over 3 years of Supply Chain Management experience
- Technical expertise in composite production, plastic or sheet metal
- Interest in international cooperation and willingness to travel internationally 1-2 times/month
- Auditor training desirable
- Openness to change and continuous improvement
- SAP knowledge
- Business proficient English, German/French is a plus
- Awareness of compliance risks and commitment to act with integrity
Aufgaben
- Manage supply chain and quality aspects
- Ensure on-time, on-quality performance
- Handle supplier quality approvals and authorizations
- Ensure compliance with required certifications
- Manage sub-tier supplier quality performance
- Conduct process qualification and FAI
- Provide consolidated forecasts for suppliers
- Ensure supplier capacity and capability
- Assess supplier performance
- Participate in supplier development
- Conduct supplier audits and improvement plans
- Monitor Quality Audit, IPCA+, CCP, SQIP
- Initiate and manage supplier performance improvement projects
- Agree on long-term development goals
- Support harmonization projects for SCQM processes
- Coordinate with various suppliers, products, or Airbus Helicopters sites
