- Lead end-to-end customer implementations with Sales, OPS/CX, and customers
- Engage with customers to understand their business needs and success criteria
- Collaborate with Air Operations, Tender Management, IT, and support functions to align solutions
- Design tailored operational solutions and coordinate their implementation
- Create and maintain clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Provide post-implementation hypercare to stabilize operations
- Design and improve air freight operational processes with internal stakeholders
- Develop practical solutions for smarter workflows and enhanced reporting
- Drive implementation of new processes, tools, and solutions
- Act as a change enabler for new ways of working
- Lead and support various projects within the Air organization
- Contribute to initiatives in FinOps, Quality, Pricing, and Customer Experience
- Coordinate stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables for project success
- Bring structure and clarity to complex, cross-functional initiatives
