Anforderungen

  • •Several years of professional experience in consulting or project management
  • •Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • •Hands-on experience with solution implementation in AI-related or retail context
  • •Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders
  • •Proactive, structured, and highly motivated
  • •Willingness to travel to customer sites and/or international fairs
  • •Solid IT knowledge and familiarity with POS systems or retail IT/network infrastructure
  • •Located in Berlin or willingness to relocate
  • •Master's degree
  • •Mid-level experience

Aufgaben

  • •Lead technical discussions with global retailers
  • •Support sales with technical expertise and solution demonstrations
  • •Evaluate customer infrastructure and POS integration requirements
  • •Set up and manage customer projects from start to finish
  • •Assist customers in designing interfaces for a seamless shopper experience
  • •Document customer requirements and transmit product feature requests
  • •Define and produce project KPIs and reporting with customers
  • •Gather structured feedback from customers for product improvement
  • •Act as a connector between customers, sales, and product/engineering teams
  • •Present products at international trade and technology fairs
  • •Create technical instructions and documentation
