Anforderungen
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering, applied research or technical consulting / project management
- Solid understanding of machine learning including transformers, LSTMs, attention mechanisms, model development and data pipelines for time series
- Strong project management skills and ability to balance technical detail with business requirements and delivery goals
- Familiarity with model deployment and optimization with PyTorch, ONNX, TensorRT, TorchScript
- Excellent communication skills in English and German and confidence in customer-facing settings
Aufgaben
- Gain familiarity with core technology through operational engineering
- Coordinate the entire project lifecycle from scoping to delivery
- Translate research results into deployable solutions
- Act as the main technical liaison for customers
- Conduct demos, workshops, and gather requirements
- Develop and optimize models within an engineering team
- Manage data pipelines for seamless AI integration
- Ensure clear communication across research, engineering, and product teams
