Anforderungen

  • Deep experience building products integrating large language models via APIs
  • Proficiency with FastAPI, Python, and common data science packages
  • Strong understanding of software engineering and security best practices
  • Experience with modern AI developer tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot)
  • Bonus: experience with TypeScript and front-end development
  • Excellent communication skills in English; German fluency is a plus
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and deep sense of urgency in achieving goals
  • Self-starter who enjoys autonomy but thrives in a collaborative team
  • Pragmatic approach to problem-solving focused on impact
  • Ability to balance trade-offs between fast solutions and long-term scalability

Aufgaben

  • Design, implement, and maintain AI-driven product features using LLM APIs
  • Develop chat-based user experiences and non-visible AI integrations
  • Build and optimize retrieval-augmented generation systems
  • Create scalable backend systems with FastAPI and modern Python tools
  • Design agent orchestration systems for complex legal workflows
  • Establish infrastructure for evaluations and continuous monitoring of AI features
  • Ensure high security, reliability, and data privacy across all systems
  • Collaborate with Product and Legal Engineering to prototype and refine AI use cases
  • Explore new models, tools, and techniques in AI development
  • Contribute to a fast-paced, execution-focused engineering culture
