As an Agent Engagement Lead, you will focus on recruiting and training cleaning agents while developing programs to enhance retention. This role involves managing the entire employee lifecycle and collaborating with various departments to drive growth across Switzerland.

Aufgaben

• •Lead and build a team to recruit, train, and retain over 2000 cleaning agents
• •Recruit over 100 cleaning agents each month across Switzerland
• •Develop a Learning & Development program for cleaning agents
• •Create a cleaning agent retention plan to enhance user retention
• •Monitor and report department performance to the General Manager
• •Propose and implement corrective actions based on performance reports
• •Assess and improve processes and workflows to scale operations
• •Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including hiring and training
• •Coach team members and conduct performance evaluations
• •Collaborate with other department heads to contribute to the growth plan
• •Identify synergies and opportunities for collaboration with Group Human Resources
