Aufgaben
- Lead and build a team to recruit, train, and retain over 2000 cleaning agents
- Recruit over 100 cleaning agents each month across Switzerland
- Develop a Learning & Development program for cleaning agents
- Create a cleaning agent retention plan to enhance user retention
- Monitor and report department performance to the General Manager
- Propose and implement corrective actions based on performance reports
- Assess and improve processes and workflows to scale operations
- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including hiring and training
- Coach team members and conduct performance evaluations
- Collaborate with other department heads to contribute to the growth plan
- Identify synergies and opportunities for collaboration with Group Human Resources
