Aufgaben
- Receive and manage medical emergency cases from international customers
- Provide expert advice and assistance via email
- Guide customers through stressful situations with care and professionalism
- Document all actions in the internal case management system
- Review and verify medical reports, insurance policies, and other critical documents
- Coordinate with global service providers, including doctors and hospitals
- Collaborate with Allianz business units worldwide
- Utilize digital tools and AI-supported systems to streamline processes
- Enhance customer service delivery through technology
