- Manage external audits and auditor relationships
- Provide strategic financial insights for executive decisions
- Align goals with senior management and shareholders
- Implement robust internal controls to safeguard assets
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Own the global tax agenda and filings
- Develop a robust tax control framework
- Align tax governance with audit requirements
- Drive digitalization across accounting and tax functions
- Implement modern ERP and tax technology solutions
- Lead finance and tax change management initiatives
- Engage stakeholders to adopt new ways of working
- Improve bookkeeping, accounting, and tax processes
- Leverage digital solutions to enhance data quality
- Lead and develop a high-performing finance team
- Promote a culture of ownership and collaboration
