- 1–2 years of experience in accounting or financial operations
- Internship or entry-level experience in SSC environment is an advantage
- Interest in developing skills in closing processes and financial operations
- Good analytical mindset, rigor, and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Strong willingness to learn and develop technical accounting skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Interest in process improvement and digitalization initiatives
- Basic knowledge of Swiss accounting practices and IFRS is an advantage
Aufgaben
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
- Perform basic reconciliations
- Identify discrepancies
- Maintain accurate accounting records
- Comply with CO and IFRS standards
- Prepare preliminary audit documentation
- Collect and consolidate financial information
- Monitor key KPIs
- Support billing reconciliation
- Assist AP reconciliation with subledger
- Assist bank reconciliation
- Prepare payments
- Simplify and optimize accounting processes
- Support digitization initiatives
- Contribute to tool efficiency
- Report recurring operational issues
- Suggest improvements
- Collaborate with finance, audit, operations, and IT teams
- Provide administrative and technical support
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders
