- Outstanding communication and team skills
- Hands-on mentality
- Assertiveness and confidence in international teams
- Fluent German and English
- Knowledge of Italian is appreciated
- Fluency in standard office automation tools
- Knowledge of Hyperion Financial Management (advantageous)
Aufgaben
- Post all business transactions independently
- Perform balance sheet and income statement reconciliations
- Maintain financial master data
- Execute electronic payment transactions
- Prepare financial statements under commercial, tax, and IFRS laws
- Ensure compliance with all legal accounting requirements
- Prepare timely sales tax returns
- Draft statements on sales tax issues
- Optimize accounting processes within SAP S/4HANA
- Monitor petty cash and monthly travel expenses
- Handle administrative tasks like archiving and storage
