- Conduct simple ad hoc analyses in controlling
- Ensure data is up-to-date and correctly processed
- Manage accounts receivable accounting, including the dunning process
- Handle asset accounting
- Process bank transactions
- Perform closing activities, such as accruals, deferrals, and provisions
- Serve as the communication interface with the Austrian tax office
- Process FinanzOnline submissions (UVA, ZM, BUMI)
- Act as an internal communication interface with other departments
- Maintain data accuracy
- Support the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements according to UGB
- Perform preparatory activities for notes and stock reports
- Execute simple controlling tasks and ad-hoc analyses
- Administer and generate reports in MS Dynamics 365 Business Central
