  • Develop and implement account strategies and sales plans
  • Drive cross-sell and upsell activities

  • Serve as the key point of contact for major investment clients
  • Build strong internal and external relationships
  • Understand clients' business and decision-making structures
  • Own the sales pipeline for both captive and new business
  • Lead structured sales and account calls with clear agendas
  • Prepare client-facing proposals and presentations
  • Maintain accurate CRM and sales KPI data
  • Ensure account plans are up to date
  • Drive continuous improvement using client feedback tools
  • Act as an ambassador for the C&W brand
  • Support external marketing and thought leadership initiatives
  • Ensure all client outputs meet quality standards
  • Build internal networks across service lines
  • Identify and qualify strategic opportunities
  • Lead regular sales calls and manage the account pipeline
  • Provide timely reporting on KPIs and financials
  • Work with Data & Analytics to maintain sales pipeline information
  • Coordinate expertise across countries for integrated solutions
  • Maintain governance of decision rights and information flow
  • Elevate client experience through feedback loops
  • Represent the team at events and client meetings
