Aufgaben

  • Manage accommodation handling in German-speaking countries
  • Report directly to the Regional Director
  • Secure information flow between suppliers and accounting
  • Maintain communication with upper management
  • Execute business according to destination market strategies
  • Follow defined workflows and guiding principles
  • Develop client accommodation proposals with your manager
  • Contract suppliers and hotels based on requirements
  • Maintain a lean and cost-effective structure
  • Deliver operational excellence at all times
  • Monitor and deliver against operational KPIs
  • Maintain high competence in products and pricing
  • Integrate sustainability into the project workflow
  • Address environmental and social impacts of activities
  • Communicate major developments to senior managers
  • Train the team on event software functionalities
  • Ensure services meet company quality demands
  • Supervise and delegate cancellation deadline monitoring
  • Provide on-site support during key event days
  • Control costs and optimize profit margins
  • Build and grow vital supplier relationships
  • Ensure compliance with financial and legal standards
  • Plan, budget, and organize the project
  • Correspond with event delegates regarding bookings
  • Manage payments and answer delegate questions
  • Set up and update the event database
  • Track and report on project progress
  • Complete assigned tasks efficiently and timely
