- Align customer needs with SAP transformation offerings
- Apply domain expertise to solve customer business challenges
- Grow customer's SAP footprint for long-term success
- Lead customer engagements with deep domain expertise
- Guide expectations across sales and partner services
- Understand customer business goals
- Position Business Suite and RISE with SAP as the journey
- Develop opportunity plans with compelling value propositions
- Manage customer relationships at the solution area level
- Progress opportunities for cloud migration and footprint expansion
- Utilize deep knowledge of company operations and business models
- Leverage SAP experts and industry knowledge for customer needs
- Facilitate collaboration with the partner ecosystem
