- 5+ years building scalable APIs (e.g. node.js, Python, Go)
- Practical & recent experience with typed programming language (e.g. TypeScript)
- Solid know-how working with SQL or No-SQL databases
- Writing well-structured, efficient, maintainable code
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Working in English-speaking and agile environment
- Raising the bar of software quality
- Responsibility for product and driving own improvement ideas
- Establishing standards within profession and across teams
- Experience working with MPP data warehouse (e.g. Redshift, BigQuery)
- Experience with centralized logging, monitoring, alerting solutions (Datadog)
- Hands-on experience with cloud ecosystem (e.g. AWS, GCP) and integration with orchestration services (like Dagster or Airflow)
- Experience with Elasticsearch or OpenSearch
- Experience building Data Models using dbt
- Experience running data processing pipelines using distributed data processing frameworks
- Hands-on Experience with Machine Learning Models or LLM-based systems is a plus
