Anforderungen

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration or equivalent education
  • Minimum 5 years experience as Business and/or Project Controller or equivalent in international/matrix environment
  • Business fluent English
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
  • Solid expertise in SAP, S/4HANA, SAC, and BI systems
  • Experience in (wind) energy industry or service business is a plus
  • Analytical and conceptual thinking; strong with numbers and detail-oriented
  • Structured, well-organised, problem-solving, and 'can do' mentality
  • Highly motivated and team-oriented
  • Clear and structured communication, written and verbal
  • Good internal customer focus and business partnering attitude

Aufgaben

  • Conduct holistic controlling and financial steering of service contracts
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant month-end closing
  • Prepare financials for business reviews
  • Communicate business results to various stakeholders
  • Prepare rolling forecasts and actual vs. plan comparisons
  • Identify deviations and comment on drivers
  • Control costs and provide financial support for service contracts
  • Analyze financial risks and opportunities
  • Identify saving potentials and cost-drivers
  • Implement counter measures and corrective actions
  • Educate Service stakeholders on financial matters
  • Participate in optimization and digitization projects
