- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in C#, Go, or C++ for scalable, maintainable software
- Interest in expanding use of Rust for future development
- Experience with good software development principles, especially automated testing
- Knowledge in state-of-the-art web technologies (HTTP, REST, JSON, gRPC, Protobuf, microservices)
- Solid understanding of software development principles, data structures, system architecture
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, attention to detail
- Analytical mindset and creativity for developing extraordinary solutions
- Positive attitude and passion for continuous learning and growth
- Very good communication skills in English
- German language skills are a plus
Aufgaben
- Design advanced healthcare data management systems
- Build secure storage and transport solutions for clinical data
- Implement data aggregation and pseudonymization processes
- Support data-driven workflows and research
- Work with healthcare standards (DICOM, HL7, FHIR)
- Contribute to modern application infrastructure (Smart on FHIR, OAuth2, JWT, telemetry)
- Manage service hosting (containers, Kubernetes, AWS, CDK)
- Ensure cybersecurity and data privacy
- Develop and maintain data-centric APIs and microservices
- Collaborate with Product Owners for innovative solutions
- Promote innovation and creative problem-solving
- Stay updated with latest technologies and industry trends
- Participate in communities of interest and practice
