- Several years of professional experience in supply chain consulting or transformation roles, ideally in CORE chemical, consumer care, or asset intensive industries
- Proven expertise in supply chain strategy, planning, S&OP, cost optimization, inventory management, or logistics
- Strong strategic thinking with hands-on, data-driven mindset and experience leading teams and complex stakeholder environments
- Exposure to advanced analytics, AI supported planning, or digital supply chain solutions

- Structure initial problems and design value cases
- Develop and implement solutions for supply chain projects

- Engage senior leaders and project sponsors
- Communicate clearly and fact-based with a value orientation
- Leverage advanced analytics and AI tools
- Use scenario modeling, planning analytics, and process mining
- Accelerate insights and improve decision quality
- Coach and develop consultants in modern methods
- Build digital and AI capabilities
- Promote BASF Winning Ways behaviors
- Monitor external trends and internal priorities
- Develop new methodologies and scalable solutions
- Address future supply chain challenges
