- Define and monitor SLOs, burn-rates, and error budgets
- Improve platform quality through functional and non-functional testing
- Lead blameless post-incident reviews
- Automate safety guardrails for platform services
- Collaborate with product managers to shape the platform roadmap
- Balance infrastructure costs, latency, and developer experience
- Communicate technical trade-offs to leadership
