- Excellent English skills and fluent German (minimum C1 level)

- Build and develop the People Analytics landscape
- Define KPIs and reporting frameworks
- Optimize the HR system landscape and Personio
- Create and interpret standard People reports
- Perform ad-hoc analyses for strategic topics
- Analyze and improve compensation and salary structures
- Refine job architecture and structural HR topics
- Support cross-functional projects with data-based insights
