As a Senior Operations Manager, you will enhance business processes and drive efficiency across departments. Your role involves leading projects, analyzing KPIs, and collaborating with teams to implement effective solutions that support growth.

Anforderungen

• •3–5 years of relevant professional experience in Operations Management, Process Management, or a comparable role
• •Completed degree in Business Administration, Operations, Process or Project Management, or a related field
• •Strong understanding of end-to-end processes and experience working in cross-functional environments
• •Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional projects, tool and system implementations, process optimization and KPI management, scaling business models
• •Strong analytical skills, structured working style, and high problem-solving ability
• •Fluent English skills, both written and spoken (German skills are optional)
• •Confident use of common tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, project management software)
• •Experience with ERP, CRM, or warehouse management systems
• •Familiarity with data analytics and BI tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI)
• •Hands-on mindset, strong sense of ownership, and ability to set priorities and maintain oversight in a dynamic environment

• •Collaborate closely with the Tech team on digital solutions
• •Evaluate new tools, technologies, and methodologies
