- Ensure standardized, data-driven procurement operations
- Connect strategy and operations for faster decisions
- Support ongoing SAP transformation and digital adoption
- Surface blockers and misalignments to leadership
- Define and enforce procurement policies and standards
- Align processes across categories and regions
- Ensure compliance and continuous improvement
- Manage dependencies and align expectations with stakeholders
- Lead procurement input into SAP transformation
- Translate business needs into system requirements
- Implement digital tools and automated workflows
- Drive AI use cases for spend analysis, demand forecasting, and supplier risk
- Define and track KPIs for savings, lead time, and compliance
- Build dashboards and standardize reporting
- Identify cost and efficiency opportunities through data insights
- Define supplier performance frameworks
- Support strategic supplier reviews
- Strengthen risk and due diligence processes
- Align strategic and operational teams
- Support workload balance and capability growth
- Act as escalation point for procurement issues
