Anforderungen

  • Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or Business / Organizational Psychology
  • 5-7 years experience in large-scale transformation or change programs
  • Experience in manufacturing environment or management consulting
  • Focus on process harmonization and organizational change
  • Confident professional presence
  • Comfortable interacting with all management levels
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills in complex matrix and multi-brand organizations
  • Proven, hands-on understanding of matrix organizations
  • Ability to create clarity, alignment, and accountability in matrix organizations
  • Data-driven work approach
  • Solid practical experience in data analysis
  • Solid practical experience in data modeling
  • Solid practical experience in database-supported work
  • Use of Microsoft Power Query, Power BI, or comparable tools
  • Actively use data to steer change and decision-making
  • Strong conceptual capabilities
  • Clear, convincing communication skills in an international environment
  • Facilitation skills in an international environment
  • Fluent English

Aufgaben

  • Take end-to-end ownership of organizational readiness and change activities
  • Prepare the organization for the rollout of the global Business Transformation Process Template
  • Systematically assign business process roles to teams and employees
  • Identify, structure, and steer change and capability gaps
  • Apply and further develop ORCM methods and tools
  • Ensure scalability of ORCM methods across a global organization
  • Design and facilitate high-impact workshops with leaders
  • Present workshop results to program and senior management
  • Enable and empower local and central teams with guidance and coaching
  • Ensure local teams deliver ORCM results with required quality and timing
  • Proactively manage senior stakeholders across functions, regions, and brands
  • Act as a trusted partner with a fact-based point of view
  • Monitor and report progress on ORCM activities
  • Identify optimization potential and program risks
  • Derive mitigation strategies for program risks
  • Contribute to the continuous development of ORCM capability
  • Translate identified change needs into concrete initiatives
