In this role, you will enhance the organization's resilience by developing a comprehensive Business Continuity Management framework. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting risk assessments, coordinating crisis responses, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Anforderungen

• •University degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Security Management, or comparable field
• •Several years of professional experience in Business Continuity Management, Crisis Management, Risk Management, or related role
• •Strong knowledge of BCM standards and best practices (e.g., ISO 22301) and regulatory frameworks such as NIS2 and KRITIS
• •Strong analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including interaction with senior management
• •Relevant certifications (e.g., CBCI, MBCI, ISO 22301 Lead Implementer/Auditor) are an advantage
• •Fluency in English, German language skills are a plus

Aufgaben

• •Develop and implement the Business Continuity Management (BCM) framework
• •Continuously improve BCM in line with recognized standards and regulations
• •Conduct and coordinate Business Impact Analyses (BIA) and risk assessments
• •Identify critical processes, dependencies, and recovery objectives
• •Develop, maintain, and test business continuity and crisis management plans
• •Conduct exercises and simulations for recovery plans
• •Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for critical services
• •Support internal and external audits related to BCM
• •Coordinate crisis response activities during major incidents
• •Collaborate with Corporate Functions and Operating Companies on BCM
• •Prepare management reports, dashboards, and briefings for leadership
• •Drive BCM awareness and resilience culture through training and communication
• •Act as a point of contact for stakeholders on business continuity topics
