  • •Fully qualified lawyer, 2. Staatsexamen or equivalent
  • •Additional qualifications as LL.M or Dr.iur (plus)
  • •2+ years experience in commercial law
  • •Experience with high-volume, complex commercial agreements
  • •Experience in law firm or in-house
  • •Experience with IP management
  • •Business-oriented, pragmatic, and collaborative mindset
  • •Ability to prioritize by risk and value
  • •Strong drafting and negotiation skills
  • •Ability to translate legal into operational actions
  • •Fluent English including legal terminology
  • •Professional German skills
  • •Experience with competition or digital media law

  • •Manage the global IP portfolio and trademarks
  • •Provide legal advice on IP-related commercial transactions
  • •Improve commercial operations with sales and product teams
  • •Coordinate global and regional legal experts
  • •Advise on product launches and international rollouts
  • •Lead cross-functional projects and align stakeholders
  • •Maintain an inventory of core contracts and IP assets
  • •Deliver a lean commercial operations toolkit
  • •Support sales and marketing in deal negotiations
