- •Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- •CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification preferred
- •Minimum 5 years group accounting experience
- •Deep knowledge of IFRS and consolidation
- •Experience applying IT and AI technologies
- •Proficiency in ERP and financial software
- •Strong analytical skills and attention detail
- •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- •Project and process management experience
- •Fluent English skills
- •Adaptability and self-motivation

- •Steer quarterly and annual IFRS group financial statements
- •Oversee consolidation and integrate entity financial data
- •Lead IFRS goodwill and asset impairment tests
- •Advise group entities as an IFRS subject matter expert
- •Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal policies
- •Improve accounting standards and procedures
- •Automate processes using IT tools and AI applications
- •Coordinate audits and implement recommendations
- •Identify improvements for reporting quality and efficiency
- •Drive project management within the Group Accounting function
