- Familiarity with build tools and package managers
- Strong knowledge of web performance optimization and accessibility
- Proficient with Git and CI/CD workflows
- Excellent problem-solving and judgment skills
- High autonomy and ownership
- Experience with server-side rendering (SSR)
- Experience in large-scale e-commerce environment
- Knowledge of Node.js
- Experience building or maintaining design system or component library
- Experience with end-to-end testing tools

- Translate concepts and requirements into user-friendly features
- Solve complex technical problems
- Architect innovative and sustainable frontend solutions
- Take ownership of large-scale projects from conception to deployment
- Foster a culture of high-quality code and continuous learning
- Participate in code reviews for quality and maintainability
- Contribute to optimizing frontend architecture
- Improve frontend performance (Core Web Vitals)
- Enhance development workflows
