- Proficiency in digital product development

- Team-oriented working style and communication skills
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
- Experience handling large data using SQL
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in German or Polish as bonus
Aufgaben
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle and roadmap
- Manage Odoo ERP data for sales products and raw materials
- Define product requirements and prioritize essential features
- Coordinate SKU creation and change management processes
- Develop tools for sales product development and quality
- Collaborate across departments to ensure successful product launches
- Support IT processes for product specifications and master data
- Manage closing and auditing activities within the ERP
- Build trustful relationships with internal stakeholders
- Drive the collaborative prioritization of the tech roadmap
- Monitor and optimize systems and overall IT processes
