You design and optimize mechanical systems for testing while collaborating closely with engineers and technicians. Your role includes managing the design cycle, supporting hands-on work, and establishing best practices for future projects.

Anforderungen

• •Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• •Proven experience in design of test rigs.
• •Strong CAD skills (SolidWorks, CATIA).
• •Strong PLM skills (3DExperience preferred).
• •Familiarity with sensor integration.
• •Good project management skills.
• •Hands-on mindset and collaboration skills.
• •Fluent in English; German is a plus.

Aufgaben

• •Generate mechanical and mechatronic designs using CAD.
• •Focus on complex test rigs and equipment for battery systems.
• •Establish and maintain test setup configuration control.
• •Support development of test rigs from concept to acceptance.
• •Conduct calculations and FEA for test setup optimization.
• •Identify and select components, coordinating with suppliers.
• •Own the design cycle from concept to build readiness.
• •Collaborate with technicians and test engineers during assembly.
• •Help shape design methods and establish best practices.
• •Support hands-on work on test rigs and setups.
• •Tackle ad-hoc projects with flexibility and creativity.
