- Master’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years data science, business analytics, or AI integration experience
- At least 2 years in role requiring strong communication and stakeholder management
- Generative AI & Technical Proficiency
- Hands-on experience with LLM fine-tuning and modern NLP frameworks
- Proficiency in Python
- Proficiency in SQL
- Familiarity with AWS SageMaker, Docker, and Airflow
- Experience in ML Engineering solutions (ML Ops tools)
- Experience integrating models into enterprise systems
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business language
- Ability to manage change
- Ability to drive adoption of AI solutions
- Balancing technical constraints with business priorities
- Commitment to ethical and fair AI practices
- Ensuring equitable outcomes for all users
- Ability to work with C-suite

- Advance core platform areas with data-driven solutions
- Build and optimize in-house algorithms
- Work with NLP and generative AI techniques
- Develop intelligent conversational agents
- Integrate solutions into business processes and systems
- Partner with Marketing for data-driven decision-making
- Advocate AI strategy alignment with business objectives
- Communicate AI value to stakeholders
- Prioritize initiatives based on AI insights
- Lead machine learning and AI development lifecycle
- Formulate problems and explore data
- Develop, evaluate, and deploy models
- Collaborate with data engineers and developers
- Stay updated on AI/ML advancements
- Apply cutting-edge AI/ML techniques
- Design intuitive AI interfaces and workflows
- Contribute to hackathons and training
- Engage in peer-to-peer knowledge exchange
