- Deep understanding of salary banding
- Proficiency in Workday (advantageous)
- Affinity for AI-driven efficiency gains
- Knowledge of frameworks in Netherlands, Germany, Spain (ideally)
- Familiarity with Dutch Workers Councils (major plus)
- Familiarity with cross-border tax (major plus)
- Expert capacity work
- Speed and accuracy in supporting negotiators

- Professional proficiency in English
- Professional proficiency in German

Aufgaben
- Design compensation and benefit strategy
- Define salary bands
- Define bonus structures
- Define benefit portfolio
- Act as subject matter expert for remuneration
- Support Union negotiations
- Support Workers Council negotiations
- Provide technical frameworks for negotiations
- Provide validated data for negotiations
- Lead complex C&B projects
- Steer initiatives across Finance, HR Controlling, and Tech
- Ensure alignment between financial forecasting and people operations
- Drive seamless project execution
- Leverage Workday for audits
- Leverage AI tools for audits
- Perform Equal Pay audits
- Automate calculation cycles
- Use predictive modelling for financial impact
- Forecast financial impact of future growth
- Navigate cross-border tax regulations
- Ensure compliant remuneration packages for international colleagues
- Ensure attractive remuneration packages for international colleagues
