- •3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business/market development, or lead generation management
- •Solid understanding of the DACH business landscape and cultural nuances
- •Demonstrated success in prospecting, pipeline building, and creating qualified sales opportunities
- •Familiarity with modern sales tools, CRM systems, and outreach platforms
- •Strong communication, networking, and presentation skills
- •Proactive and sales-driven mindset with a structured and goal-oriented working style
- •Genuine enthusiasm for eMobility, sustainability, and technology-driven innovation

- •Align outreach efforts with Sales Operations and Marketing teams
- •Stay updated on market trends and customer needs
- •Maintain accurate records of activities and leads in the CRM
- •Deliver regular reports on pipeline health and performance
- •Represent Hubject at virtual and in-person industry events
