- Model financing structure
- Discuss and build relationships with rating agencies
- Report internally, externally, and to regulators
- Structure cash pooling and internal financing
- Execute Global Treasury projects
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders
- Develop relationships with external stakeholders
- Lead Global Treasury Committee meetings
- Monitor compliance with Treasury regulations
- Design and prepare external, internal, and regulatory reports
- Ensure quality of reports for senior management
- Coordinate and manage Treasury-related audits
- Manage regulatory examinations
- Enhance Treasury policies and processes
- Ensure regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Align Treasury activities with company objectives
- Manage relationships with external auditors
- Act as key interface for complex Treasury accounting matters
