- Experience with model evaluation, selection, optimization, cost-effective deployment
- Proficiency in Python (core)
- Familiarity with modern engineering stack (FastAPI, Node.js/TypeScript, React)
- Comfortable with ML/AI infrastructure & orchestration
- High personal agency and bias for action
- Stay on top of GenAI research and tooling
- Contribute to team knowledge
- Evidence of exceptional achievement (open-source, AI tooling, competitions, publications)
- Motivation and growth valued over checklist completion
Aufgaben
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, prototype, and ship LLM-powered features
- Architect and build advanced LLM workflows and agentic systems
- Orchestrate multi-agent systems, tool use, and execution flows
- Select and evaluate models and inference infrastructure
- Balance cost, latency, quality, and safety in model selection
- Develop reusable AI building blocks like RAG pipelines and evaluation frameworks
- Champion automated evaluations and human-in-the-loop checks
- Ensure quality, reliability, and cost effectiveness through continuous feedback
- Serve as a technical mentor by running office hours, reviews, and workshops
- Level up GenAI skills across the company
