Anforderungen
- Master’s degree in business administration, economics, political science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Proven experience in account management, business development, or sales, ideally in defense, aerospace, or technology sectors
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German and English (C1/C2), both written and spoken
- Strong ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Strong familiarity with Bundeswehr structures, capability planning & procurement processes, and defense industry regulations
- Interest in technology, defense, and geopolitics
Aufgaben
- Develop and grow partnership with Bundeswehr
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Create campaigns and strategies to expand footprint
- Serve as primary contact for Bundeswehr stakeholders
- Coordinate internal resources to meet customer needs
- Prepare and lead account reviews and presentations
- Conduct strategic planning sessions
- Monitor contract performance and customer satisfaction
- Resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams
- Stay informed on procurement processes and market trends
