Anforderungen
- 4+ years of proven sales experience as a (Senior) Account Executive in B2B SaaS
- Strong sales, negotiation, and market research skills
- Energetic and results-driven with account management skills
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
- OEM landscape knowledge in the Nordics; manufacturing/aftermarket experience is a plus
- Passionate, proactive, and committed to a start-up mentality
- Independent, persuasive, and highly organized
- Business-oriented with CRM expertise (HubSpot preferred)
- Fluency in Business English
- Fluency in one of the Nordic languages is a plus
Aufgaben
- Engage with prospects to build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Utilize a consultative, value-based sales approach
- Align efforts with the sales strategy to achieve measurable outcomes
- Maintain accurate records in HubSpot for reliable forecasting
- Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas
- Manage end-to-end negotiations with clients
- Conduct thorough discovery sessions to identify client challenges
- Design and deliver customized presentations that address customer needs
