Aufgaben
- Provide expertise to pre- and post-sales Research teams
- Recommend panel providers and sample structures for complex projects
- Ensure continuous process improvement and colleague education
- Conduct data quality audits and implement new approaches
- Share panel industry news and build data quality knowledge
- Support technical development and automation of field management
- Serve as main point of contact for panel partners
- Foster sustainable and effective partnerships with panel partners
- Assess capabilities of potential new partners
- Expand existing capabilities through new partnerships
- Support Research Consulting and Sales teams on client calls
- Delight customers with expertise and solution-oriented attitude
